Adrienne Elizabeth Johnston
1935 – 2021
Adrienne Elizabeth Johnston, wife of the late Herman Johnston, passed away at Shannex-Losier Hall on November 7, 2021, at the age of 86.
Born in Black River Bridge, NB, on March 11, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Jessie (Fowlie) MacDonald. She was of Anglican faith, and attended the Anglican Church, and was previously a Nursing Assistant at the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home.
She is survived by her three daughters: Gail Somers of Miramichi, Donna Barry (Jack) of Ontario, and Alice Breau (Mike) of Moncton; two sons: Johnny of Ontario, and Richard (Coral) of Bay du Vin; sister, Dorothy Dick of Black River Bridge; brother, Edgar MacDonald (Barbara) of Sus, NB. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents; husband; one daughter, Karen; son, Darrel; sister, Joyce; and brother, Francis.
A PRIVATE visitation and funeral service will take place at Adams Funeral Home, 140 King St., Miramichi, NB. Interment will occur at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery.
