Obituary of Charlotte McKim
McKIM, Charlotte Ann surrounded by family and friends virtually and in person, Charlotte’s journey came to a peaceful close on April 15, 2021 with Gwen by her side. Leaving behind sons Ewart (Cheryl), Mark (Robin) and Steve (Tracy). Cherished grandchildren Taylor and Elliott, Alyssa and Miah, Caleb and Tyson and great granddaughter Tessa Joyce. Sadly missed by her mother Violet, sisters Sue and Christine and brothers William and Joseph. Pre-deceased by her sister Carol. Charlotte will be missed but never forgotten by her dear Friends Gwen, Margaret and Brian and by her many Friends and neighbours. A tremendous thank you to the wonderful nurses, PSW’s, doctors and other staff in the Palliative Care Unit at Norfolk General Hospital. Such amazing care and compassion was extended to Charlotte during these past couple of weeks. As Charlotte would say « Love knows no distance or time. Charlotte had a way about her. She was gracious, forgiving and encouraging. Those who knew her were blessed indeed.
Cremation has taken place with a private virtual family memorial. Arrangements entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME 519-583-1530.
