Obituary of Jody Lee Wall
It is with great sadness that the family of Jody Wall announce her sudden passing on Monday, March 29, 2021. Jody was predeceased by her mother Iris. She is survived by her beloved partner Brad Roth; father Victor; brother Stacy (Marilyn); sister Debra; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Jody grew up in Regina before her family moved to a farm near Grand Coulee. Although farm life didn’t appeal to Jody, it was there that she developed a love for animals which lasted throughout her lifetime.
Many Reginans would remember Jody from her years of working at the Lakeshore Restaurant and Bart’s on Broad, where she loved interacting with her customers. Jody enjoyed sunny days, bright flowers, and spending time with close friends and family. She was always up for a good time, entertaining others with her sense of humour, and lived life to the fullest with her dynamic energy.
Throughout her life, Jody dealt with many health issues. Sadly, these health issues took their toll on her body until it finally didn’t have the strength to go on. She left us too soon, but she is now at peace.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private Celebration of Jody’s Life will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. For those not able to attend, a livestream may be viewed at m.youtube.com/watch?v=WhUcPeQcOog&feature=youtu.be
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jody can be made to the Regina Humane Society.
