Peacefully passed away on Friday, March 26th, 2021 with his family’s hands placed over his heart. Treasured son of Rachel Leduc and Michael H. Villeneuve (Susan Clarke). Beloved father of Bailey Christine Villeneuve. Cherished brother of Lianne Villeneuve and Uncle of Oliver Christian Villeneuve-Fernandes. Loved dearly by Sylvie & Danika Mercier. Mike will be remembered for the outpouring of gratitude he had for life, his sharp wit, love for Def Leppard and undying love for his family. His positive attitude and appreciation for the smallest things in life are lessons which we have all learned from him and take with us for life. Mike had a passion for animals and music and brought joy and laughter to so many. He handled his cancer diagnosis with grace and light. His hard work and dedication was admirable and the memories he has left us with, will last a lifetime. Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will be held at Munro & Morris Funeral Homes, Maxville. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Ontario Brain Injury Association. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898).
