SCHUPAK, ANNA
Anna Schupak was loved by many, across Canada, and the world.
She passed away, unexpectedly, on March 23rd, 2021, at the age of 73.
Born in Shanghai of Russian immigrant parents, the family moved to Brazil when Anna was still a young girl. She moved to Canada in 1981, with her husband José Mafé Caballero, spending a brief period in Montreal before settling in Edmonton.
She lived passionately, loved enthusiastically, and never missed an opportunity to find joy and laughter in every situation. She has danced
her last dance, sung her last song, and now goes to join her beloved José.
An in-person viewing will occur from 6-9pm on Wednesday, March 31st,
and will have staggered viewings of 20 people at a time due to Covid-19 restrictions.
