Laura Marie Hoover-Fowler (nee Leveille)
1933-2020
Peacefully , with her family by her side, Laura passed away on Wednesday December 30 2020.
She will be missed by her children David (Rosemary) Hoover, Carol (Don) Montgomery, Linda (Myles) Greene, Dan (Elaine) Hoover. Also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, a sister Lorraine Blair, a brother Marcel Leveille and many nieces and nephews.
Laura lived life to the fullest and enjoyed many activities including golf, curling, camping, many crafts and travel.
Laura’s strength was derived from her deep faith in God. She served her community through the CWL and the Family Enrichment program.
Laura had an abiding love of her family. She cherished the many gatherings from boisterous Leveille reunions to quiet family dinners. She made a point of attending many hockey games, soccer games and dance recitals. She was present at many life milestones , graduations, weddings and baptisms.
A Private Service that will be Live-streamed on the Martyn Funeral Home Facebook platform at www.facebook.com/MartynFuneralHome/ on Wednesday January 6th at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
