Obituary
Peacefully at Nipissing Serenity Hospice on Wednesday March 10th 2021 at the age of 82 years.
Art was the beloved husband of Maureen, the proud and loving father to Daryl (Julie) of North Bay and Calvin (Julie) of Nova Scotia. Art will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Andrew and Kaitlyn (Brandon). The dear brother of May MacGillivray, he was predeceased by his brothers George, Gordon and Henry, and his sisters Lillian Bailey, Vivian Bird and Dorcas Roth.
Art was born at Trout Mills in 1938 and has been a life-long resident of North Bay. He will be lovingly remembered as a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Art was a carpenter and lover of the outdoors, enjoying fishing and camping.
Thank you to his care providers Dr. Jinnah for her compassionate care and to long standing family physician, Dr Buckley. Thank you to the multicare kidney clinic, Drs. Harmon, Saunders and T. Shulman and especially nurse Kayla.
A celebration of life will follow at a later date.
