John “Jack” MacPhee
Passed away on December 22, 2021 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax after a short illness. Born in Halifax he was the son of the late John R. And Winnifred (Thompson) McPhee.
Jack served with DND Fire Department for more than 44 years and believed to be one of the longest serving members.
Left to morn, brother, Frank McPhee; wife of 26 years, Susan Hatfield; 2 beautiful daughters, Cathryn (Gary) Morrill and Heather (Jean Francois) Jolin with ex-wife, Carole Sheaves; grandchildren, Kailee (Murray James Deevey), MacKenzie Morrill, Brian Morrill and Nichole (Joe) Iredale, Murielle Jolin, Sophie Jolin and Dominique Jolin; one lovely little great granddaughter, Charlotte Morrill; very special extended “family”, Brian and Arlene Viscount; daughter Brieanna and son, Matthew.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a funeral service will be held at a later date.
