Holly White

Surrounded by love, Holly passed away peacefully on November 27, 2021 at Hillsdale Estates Oshawa, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Robert White (d. 2001). Dear mother of Lori Ullius (Tom), Steven White (Renee), and Tom White (d. 1989). She was the cherished grandma of Jessica Mills (Steve) of Courtice, and Adam Ullius of Thunder Bay. Adoring “Nana Holly” to Kayla, Gavin and Keaton. She is lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Juli (Andrew), Karri, Peter (Cynthia), and extended family and friends. Special thanks to the caring staff at Hillsdale Estates, Strawberry Fields. Born in Truro Nova Scotia Holly was proud of her eastern roots. Her family later moved to the Lindsay area where she completed grade 13 at LCVI. Upon marrying Bob she joined the White and Junkin families and loved living and contributing to the community of Fenelon Falls. In recent years she moved to the Oshawa area, residing at Whitecliffe Terrace Retirement Home and subsequently Hillsdale Estates. Although in her final years she suffered from Alzheimer’s she was able to enjoy the love and support of family, friends and caring staff. A celebration of life will take place Monday December 6th, 1:00 PM at Fenelon Falls United Church, 123 Colborne St., Fenelon Falls. No visitation prior to the service. A private family interment to follow at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. Due to COVID-19: all attending guest must be able to provide proof of full vaccination or have a negative COVID test from within 48 hours. Mask are required.
