Passed away on Monday, November 22, 2012 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, at the age of 90. Loving husband of 66 years to the love of his life Myrna Morgan. Beloved father of Stephen Morgan, and Wayne (Susan) Morgan. Cherished Grandfather of Stephanie, Ayrianna, Liam, Melissa, and Garrett. Great-Grandfather of Carly, Claire, Theo, and Owen. Brother of Ron (pred. Joanne) Morgan, Gloria Catlow, Dianne Kelly (pred. Gary), Brian and Aspa Kelly. Uncle of Neil, Peter, Keirn, Katherine, Andrea Barb, Sue, Chris, Allison, Michael, and Scott. Son of the late James and Elsie (nee McGrubr) Morgan.
George was born in Montreal and has since been a longtime resident of Lindsay. He will be remembered as a Lindsay Train model enthusiast, lover of water, lover of food, a tinkerer, and forever a salesman.
Service to be held March 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lindsay with reception to follow at the church. Please contact Stephen Morgan to R.S.V.P.
