Casilda « Cassie »‘s Obituary
Cameron, V. Casilda “Cassie” – Vivian Casilda Cameron, age 87 of Tatamagouche, passed away November 20, 2021 in Willow Lodge Home for Special Care. Born in Little Bras D’or, she was a daughter of the late R. Earl Jessome and Mary Ellen “Nellie” (Wall, Jessome) King. Cassie devoted herself to family and farm life in Keble. Along with her husband, Carson, they enjoyed raising and showing their cherished Percheron horses. She was a witty person who enjoyed a good laugh, a great song and any occasion to dance. She is survived by her husband, Carson Cameron; daughters, Robyn Cameron, Debbie Cameron and Heather Cameron; grandsons, Cameron MacCallum and Gavin MacCallum; granddaughter, Jolene Robinson; great-grandchildren, Carson Robinson, Cole Robinson and Caylin Robinson; sister, Clara Mersereau. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Wayne Cameron; sisters, Bernadette Copeland and Jean Wallace; brothers, Frank Jessome, Jim King and Jackie King; step-father, James King. As with Cassie’s wishes, cremation and taken place and a funeral service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to Willow Lodge would be appreciated.
