Slim drove truck for more than 50 years, hauling various goods. A proud time was working on the Coquihalla highway and being there on opening day. He received his Harley Davidson 50 yr. Rider pin, selling his ride a few years back.
Slim resided in Dogwood Valley near Hope BC for many yrs. before moving to Spences Bridge BC. Always open to strike up a conversation, often over Classic vehicles. With no formal training, becoming a clock restorer. The chimes were his favourite.
