It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christina Skembaris. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at St. Joseph Health Centre, Toronto at the age of 96. Christina was predeceased by her loving husband George Skembaris. Dear mother of Tom and his wife Sylvia, Francis and her husband John, James and his wife Mercedes. Dear sister of Spero and his wife Stephanie Giamou. Cherished Baba to Don (Sharla), John, Chris, Chris, Dave (Gordana), Susie, Gloria (Enrico), Karen (Marco), Christine (Mike), Vanessa (Robert), and Jimmy. Loving Great Grandma of Shyarah, Shayla, Kelis, Amaya, Pree, Livia, Isabella, Christian, Anthony, Nicholas, and Aria. She will be in our hearts forever. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 1 Brookhaven Drive, Toronto, from 9 a.m. until service time in the church at 10 a.m. Interment at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto.
