On Wednesday, November 3, 2021, Mrs. Barbara Higgins of Wainwright, Alberta passed away peacefully at Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 84 years.
Barbara is survived by her loving family; daughters, Sandra (Jerome) Clavelle of Wainwright, AB and Susan (Darren) Kvigstad of Metiskow, AB; grandchildren, Jordan Clavelle of Coaldale, AB, Danika Clavelle of Wainwright, AB, Kaylee (Brandon) Waddell of Edgerton, AB, and Garrett Kvigstad of Czar, AB; great grandchildren, Allie and Lincoln Waddell;… Read More » cousins, Carole Fletcher, Linda Fletcher, Pat Davison and Glayde Ganderton; as well as extended family and dear friends.
She is predeceased by her husband, Allen Higgins; parents Edward & Emma (Wiley) Gehring.
A family graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Wainwright Cemetery at 3:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers and cards, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Edgerton Splash Park in honour of Barbara’s great grandchildren.
