Clara Evelene Silliker
1939-2021
The death occurred at the Palliative Care Unit of Community
Hospital, O’Leary, on Saturday, January 23, 2021 of Clara Evelene
Silliker of Unionvale aged 81, beloved wife of Clair Silliker. Clara
was born in Summerside on August 26, 1939, daughter of the late
Wallace and Julia (Livingstone) MacNevin.
Cherished mom to Julie, Alan (Paula), Holly Silliker (Darren
Arsenault) and Patti Silliker. Loving Nana to Lindsay Silliker (Doug
Waugh), Chris Silliker (Nikki Cameron), Brett Silliker (Saralyn
Williams), Quentin DesRoches (Tiffany McLong) and her great grandson
Cooper. Sister to Clifford (Judy) MacNevin, sister in law to Arthur
Hudson and Carrie Silliker.
Clara was predeceased by her parents, brother Carl, sisters
in law Lillian Hudson, Carol Silliker and brother in law Allie
Silliker.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, due to
Covid restrictions, private funeral arrangements for invited guests on
Wednesday at the O’Leary United Church. Interment to follow
in the Bloomfield United Church Cemetery.
