Lawrence Reginald « Larry » Wagner – age
73, of New Minas, Kings County, passed away on Friday, January 22,
2021 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Berwick, he
was a son of the late Lawrence and Goldie (Langdale) Wagner. Larry
worked at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville for 30 years in the
maintenance department until retiring. He was a veteran of the
Canadian Armed Forces and a veteran of the Kentville Volunteer Fire
Department. Larry loved fishing, hunting, snowshoeing and running the
roads. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah (Jared) Wehr; sons, Kelly
(Anda), Kevin and Jason; grandchildren, Jenny Wagner, Chloe Wagner,
Jessie Wehr, Jaxxon Wehr and Arsen Wehr; sisters, Lynda Wagner and
Deborah deGraf; brother, Martin. A private service will be held in the
White Family Funeral Home, Kentville. A video webcast of the service
will be available at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of
Nova Scotia or to a local school breakfast/lunch program. Funeral
arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and
Cremation Services, Kentville.
