Obituary of Cyril George Brenton
On Friday, October 8th, 2021, George Cyril Brenton, loving husband and father of 4 Children and 3 step children passed away peacefully at the age of 60 years. Cyril was born on January 1st, 1961 in Botwood Newfoundland to Florence Brenton and Burt Hoddinott. Cyril had a passion for fishing and hunting. He loved wildlife and spending time with friends and family and loved to laugh. Cyril was preceded in death by his mother Florence, step father Benson, grandmother Maggie, grandfather Leonard, sister Charlene and grand daughter Gabriella. Left to mourn are his wife Velvie (Sally) Brenton, father Burt (Winnie), children Jerry (Gillian), Cyril Jr (Amanda), Faye (Chris) and Lewis. Step children Lousia, Bradley (Romaine), and Darrell (Karen). His brothers Derrick (Lavina), Gerald, Brendon (Anne-Marie), Paul, Elvis (Robin), and sisters Christine and Cindy (paul). 19 grand children, 9 great grand children and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and lots of friends. Under these circumstances there will not be a funeral service or visitations. He will be buried at the Peterview Salvation Army cemetery with immediate family only on Tuesday October 12th, 2021.
He will surely be missed by many.
