Mario Domenico Paradiso passed away peacefully on October 1st, 2021 at the age of 87.He is now reunited in heaven with his loving wife, Caterina and parents Vincenzo and Giacoma. Cherished by his dear children, Vince (Rose), Joe and Giacomo (Mary). Mario will be forever loved by his grandchildren, Vanessa, Christina (Robert) and Giacomo (Samantha). Never forgotten by his great-grandchild, Nicolas. Mario’s dog Gucci and cat Chunks and will always have a special place in his heart for them. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives and many friends. Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8003 Weston Rd. 905-850-9500) on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 from 4-9pm. The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, October 7th , 2021 at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Road, Woodbridge, Ontario) at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario). If so desired, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kidney Cancer Canada Association on behalf of the Paradiso Family.
As the restrictions and guidelines continue to lift, all family and friends are welcome to come to the Funeral Home during the visitation periods. There will be no RSVP needed to enter the Funeral Home. When coming into the Funeral Home, please sign the “Guest Book” and write your phone number down beside your name for contact tracing purposes, before entering our visitation suites. Our staff will be constantly sanitizing and monitoring the Funeral Home if any assistance is needed.
We kindly remind all guests who are coming to pay their respects, to always remember to practice physical distancing and to avoid all physical contact. This also includes the church and the cemetery.
Please note that it is mandatory by the Government of Ontario that all family and friends attending any type of funeral service, must be wearing a facial covering.
We are asking for only the most immediate family members to join us at the Funeral Home on the morning of the funeral, as we ask everyone else to please meet us at the church.
As we continue to pray for an end to this horrible virus, the family would like to thank you for your support during their time of sorrow.
