It is with great sadness that the family of Dominic Hickey announces his passing on September 9, 2021, at the age of 36, following a courageous 2 year battle with cancer.
He will be deeply missed by his loving husband Boaz; beloved companion Parker; mother Mary Jane; father Gus (Marjorie); sister Megan (Heather) and #1 niece Natalie.
He will also be dearly missed by his large extended family and friends all over the world.
Dominic was predeceased by his brother, Patrick; both maternal and paternal grandparents.
The Memorial Service for Dominic will be conducted from Trinity Funeral Home, Edmonton AB 10530 Ave 116 St on Friday September 17th, starting at 9 am, and will be livestreamed starting at 9:30am through this link; ca.bbcollab.com/guest/99ca76110a0f43e8bb072f4bb4dbf68d
Dominic’s final resting place will be in Grand Le Pierre, Newfoundland at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pilgrims Hospice Society in Dominic’s name for their amazing care to us in his final days.
