Obituary of Joan SIEGERT
Joan (Hysert) Siegert, passed away after a short illness at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, BC on Monday September 6, 2021 at the age of 79.
Joan was the loving sister of Jack & Doreen Hysert of Smithville, Ontario and Louise and Bill Bandy of Bancroft, Ontario. She was a caring and loving aunt to Tammy and David, Todd, Rob and Michelle. She had numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends who will remember her with love. We will all miss her laugh, phone calls, beautiful cards and letters. She will also be fondly remembered by her stepdaughters Susan Simpson, Tina Paquette and their families.
Joan was predeceased by her husband Karl and parents Ray and Marguerite Hysert. Joan and Karl were faithful members of the Beacon Hill congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses for over 40 years.
At Joan’s request there will be no funeral service. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
