Peacefully, on August 12, 2021 at 77 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband Lyle of 49 years. Loved fiancée of Ian Spanswick. Loving mother to Duane Brooker, Valerie & Michael Bates, Rene & Donna Brooker, Steven & Kelly Brooker. Dear Grandmother to Ryan & Brett Bates (Felicia), Talia Brooker (Jake), Harley Brooker, Irelyn & Denver Charlebois, Elizabeth, Victoria & Aidan Brooker and the late Steven Lyle (1994). Treasured Great-Grandmother to Aurora & Harper Bates and Wolfgang O’Brien. Survived by her brother John Purdy. Predeceased by her siblings Anne Wilson, Donna Purdy and Bobby Purdy. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and dear family and friends. On Monday August 16, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 8:00 p.m. at Families First, 585 Sandwich St. S, Amherstburg, 519-969-5841.
