Helen’s Obituary
COTTER, Helen Marie (Harding) – 55, Lockeport
February 18, 1966 – August 5, 2021.
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Helen Cotter. Helen was born and raised in Lockeport. She will be fondly remembered for sharing and providing a helping hand, a smile, and her infectious laugh. Helen had many jobs throughout her life but the most fulfilling of all was being a mother. Helen had a great love for her sons and she was getting very excited and looking forward to meeting her new grandson, who will be born in September. She often enjoyed going for walks and spending time with family and friends and always had a cat or two around to care for.
Helen is survived by husband Scott, son Kyle (Kayla Nickerson), Brothers; David Harding (Nancy), Terrance Harding (Isabelle) and Paul Harding, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Helen was predeceased by her parents Eugene & Roberta (Decker) Harding, and her son Colin.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Lockeport. There will be a private family graveside service at a later date. Donations in Helen’s name can be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Association or the Osborne Cemetery fund. On-line condolences may be left at www.huskilson.net
