Dorothy Kruger
Dorothy was born on May 13, 1939, in Hines Creek, AB, and was called home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in Vernon, BC, at the age of 82 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Violet (Ronald) Bellamy, Velma Kruger, Dexter (Lianne) Kruger and Darwin Kruger; daughter in-law Samantha Macleod; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; husband Bert and his family; three nieces: Joey Smale, Sherry Fentie and Trudy Caswell; as well as numerous other extended family members and friends.
Dorothy was predeceased by her first husband Arnold Kruger; son Dwayne Kruger; parents David and Isabel Pratt; as well as her siblings: Gladys, Ella, Robert and Dexter.
A Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Valleyview, AB, on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 1:00pm. Dorothy will be laid to rest beside her first husband Arnold in the Valleyview and District Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Vernon, BC, on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 3:00pm.
