Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: Danielle Paquin (Barry Parmenter) de Derby VT, Michelle Cote de Manchester N.H., Jean-Guy Paquin (Marie Brasseur) de North Troy VT. Ses petits-enfants: Shawn Carrier, Eric Carrier, Stephen Carrier, Nicholas Cote, Raymond Paquin. Ses arrières petits-enfants: Hailey Carrier, Kaleigh Cote, Abigail Carrier, Hunter Carrier, Bria Cote. Ses frères et soeurs: Robert Auger (Yvette d’Amboise) de Sherbrooke, Quebec, Normand Auger (Therese Riendeau) de Charlottesville, VA, Claudette Chalifoux (Gilles) de Manchester, NH, Philippe Auger de North Troy. Ses belles-soeurs: Anita Auger, Yvonne Paquin, Gertrude Paquin, Rita Paquin ainsi que neveux et nièces, autres parents et amis.
Elle est partie rejoindre ses parents: Urbain et Catherine (Leduc) Auger, ses frères: Gaston Auger, Richard Auger et son épouse Françoise Lacasse Auger; Jean-Claude Auger et son épouse Monique Fournier Auger, sa soeur: Micheline Auger, sa belle-soeur: Gail Colburn Auger, sa petite-fille: Amelia Paquin, son arrière-petite-fille: Emily Côté et son gendre: Alain Côté
La famille aimerait profiter de ce temps pour remercier l’Hôpital de Magog, les médecins, le personnel, notre famille et nos amis pour l’amour, les soins et le réconfort que vous avez tous donnés à notre tendre mère durant ses derniers jours. Que Dieu vous bénisse tous.
En raison des restrictions frontalières de Covid-19, un service funéraire sera prévu à une date ultérieure à Newport, Vermont.

Jeannine (Auger) Paquin 91, of Stanstead, Quebec (formerly of Newport Center, Vermont) passed away in Magog on July 1st. She was born on September 7th, 1929, in Granby, Quebec, to Urbain and Catherine (Leduc) Auger.
On July 17th, 1954, in Granby, Quebec she married Raymond Paquin who predeceased her in 2008. In 1963 they moved to North Troy, Vermont where they farmed for several years, she also worked as a seamstress at Newport Plastics and Slalom Skiwear. She and her husband also own The Royal Restaurant in Newport and catered many weddings and events. After retirement they settled in Stanstead, Quebec and enjoyed winters in Florida and traveling. She was energetic, drove her car, lived independently at her home, was on a bowling team until the end of her life. Most of all she loved to be surrounded by her family and friends.
She is survived by her children; Danielle Paquin (Barry Parmenter) of Derby VT, Michelle Cote of Manchester N.H., Jean-Guy Paquin (Marie Brasseur) of North Troy VT. Her grandchildren; Shawn Carrier, Eric Carrier, Stephen Carrier, Nicholas Cote, Raymond Paquin. Her great-grandchildren; Hailey Carrier, Kaleigh Cote, Abigail Carrier, Hunter Carrier, Bria Cote. By her siblings: Robert Auger (Yvette d’Amboise) of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Normand Auger (Therese Riendeau) of Charlottesville, VA, Claudette Chalifoux (Gilles) of Manchester, NH, Philippe Auger of North Troy. Sister in laws; Anita Auger, Yvonne Paquin, Gertrude Paquin, Rita Paquin and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her granddaughter Amelia Paquin, her great granddaughter Emily Cote and son-in-law Alain Cote. Her parents Urbain and Catherine (Leduc) Auger, her brothers Gaston Auger, Richard Auger, and his wife Francoise Lacasse Auger; Jean-Claude Auger and his wife Monique Fournier Auger, her sister Micheline Auger and sister-in-law Gail Colburn Auger.
Our family would like to take this time to say Thank You to the Magog Hospital, doctors, staff and our family and friends for the love, care, and comfort you all gave our loving mother during her final days. May God Bless you all.
Due to Covid-19 border restrictions, a funeral service will be planned at a later date in Newport, Vermont.
