Alberta « Bertie » Stewart
1939-2021
The death of Alberta « Bertie » G. Stewart of Bath occurred on
Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the River View Manor, Bath. Bertie was born
November 6, 1939 in Plaster Rock and was the daughter of the late
Hector and Pearl (MacAskill) Burridge. Bertie was also predeceased by
her husband Jack in 2019.
Bertie is survived by her 3 children, Natalie Tribe (Gary), Kyla
Stewart (Robert MacKnight) and Donnie Stewart; several grandchildren,
great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; 1 sister, Phyllis
Giberson (Lynn) as well as several nieces, nephews and extended
family.
Visitation will be held from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel on
Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 1-2 pm. Due to Covid 19 regulations face
masks must be worn. A private funeral service will be held. Rev. Susan
Estabrooks will officiate. For those who wish the funeral service will
be live streamed on the L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors Face Book page
at 2:00 pm. The interment will be in the Linton Corner Cemetery.
