The family announces with great sorrow Joan’s passing in Sudbury, Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Beloved loving wife of Joseph Leo Lavoie. Daughter of the late Eugene Marchand and the late Mary (née Myland) Marchand. Loving Mother to Christine Palladino and Gary Lavoie (Leanne). Dear Sister of Rose Cada (Ron) and Joy Pitre (Gary). Cherished Grandmother of Jennifer and Darren Palladino, Michelle MacKinnon (Dave) and Lisa-Marie Scott. Great-Grandmother to Rhett Elliot Joseph MacKinnon, Alyssia, Kaitlyn and Kellie Scott. May she rest in peace and watch over all of us as she always did here on her days with us. She will be missed dearly and forever loved.
