Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Shamus James Noone of Glencoe, Ontario announces his passing on May 10, 2021 at the age of 70 years old. Predeceased by wife Sherry. Shamus will be lovingly remembered by his three sons, Sunny (Kristine), Simon (Deserae) and Shamus (Nickey). He will also be fondly remembered by his eight grandchildren, Riley, Sawyer, Lane, Aislynn, Dakota, Sutton, Addison, and Shepherd, his sister Bernadette Rooney, extended family, and dear friends. Shamus loved his community. He served as a loyal employee of Canada Post for over 20 years. He took great pride and enjoyment in delivering the mail and could be caught dressed as an elf during the holidays, just to put smiles on his co-workers and the citizens of Dutton’s faces. He will be missed.
Due to covid restrictions only the family will meet for a funeral service. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date when it is safe to gather.
