Loving mother to Robbie Lees (Rachel Houghton), Jamie Lees (Frank D’Angelo), Mika Lees, Inge Lees, Zoe Lees (Ezekial Harrington). DJ was a proud New Brunswicker born in St. Stephen, November 7, 1937. She was a storyteller, writer, artist, astrologer, family historian. She was well-read, forever curious, enjoyed a good analytical debate on ancient history, politics, astronomy, geography, or religion. She was empathetic, selfless; her door always open for coffee, a chat, advice, or a confession. She will be deeply missed.
Arrangements entrusted to Windsor Chapel (South Chapel) 519-253-7234.Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Kingston at a later date, where she will rest alongside her parents.
On-line condolences and memories may be shared at www.windsorchapel.com. The family extends their sincere appreciation to the staff of Richmond Terrace for their attentive care during these challenging times. In kindness memorial donations in memory of DJ may be made at the Alzheimer Society of Windsor-Es County.
