ARMSTRONG, William Arthur…passed away on Wednesday, May 27th at the Warkworth Place Nursing Home. He was 81 years old. Bill was born on August 18th, 1938 at R.R.#4 Warkworth, the second child of Bolton Armstrong and his wife Helen, both deceased. Bill leaves his wife Earline (Kerr) who he married in 1961, also a daughter Brenda (Ken Williamson), their son Brian passed away in 1998. He has 2 brothers David of Warkworth, Donald of Brighton and 2 sisters Beverley of Belleville and Doris of Woodstock. Bill worked in G.M. for 32 years. He enjoyed wood working, fishing and hunting. He was a member of Percy Masonic Lodge No. 161 and the Quinte Friendship Moira Chapter. By faith he was Anglican. A private family ceremony will take place.
