It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vincenzo on Saturday, July 25, 2020 after a lengthy battle with Cancer. Surrounded by his family and loved ones. Vincenzo leaves behind his loving wife Tina and children Madisyn and Olivia as well as his grandchildren, the late Rosie Di Pietro, Ellie and Owen Di Pietro. Beloved son of Quinto and Carmela Di Pietro, son in law to the late Bruce and late Sharon Dal Bello. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Diana Sferrazza (Angelo), the late Pietro Di Pietro, Roberto Di Pietro, Sabrina Di Pietro, Chad Dal Bello (Diana), Tammy Angliss, and Hali Da Costa (Steve) . Vincenzo will be missed and loved by his many nieces and nephews Alexis and Salena Sferrazza, Darien, Yasmine, Austin, Gracie and Hayden Dal Bello, and Jesse Da Costa. Cherished grandson of the late Pietro and the late Rosa Di Pietro, the late Romolo and the late Giuseppina Guarna, the late Giovanni and the late Lena Dal Bello and the late Les and the late Diana Phillips. Treasured nephew of the late Stelio and Ida Di Pietro, Mario and Grace Di Pietro, Carlo and Giuseppina Di Pietro, Bruno and Barbara Di Pietro, Maria and Benito Di Flavio, Clara and Mario Amarucci, Clelia and Pasquale Frenza, the late Lea and the late Vittorio Querrcia, Salvatore and Anna Gaurna, Teresa and Savario Pitelli, Maria and Gregorio Sinopli, Antonella and Franco Doria. Vince will be deeply missed by the many cousins and extended families in the USA, Italy, Switzerland and in Canada. There are so many people that he has touched during his short time on this earth, he will always have a special place in their hearts. Vince loved life to the fullest and his family meant everything especially his children and grandchildren. Vince loved the outdoors and spent much of his time on picnics, camping, drifting down river in the kayak and fishing with Tina and his long time friend Tony. Vince often bragged about how he caught the big fish but he never really did.
Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL HOME, 43 Barton St. E., Hamilton, on Wednesday July 29th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Physical distancing and wearing of a mask will be mandatory for all guests. Due to capacity restrictions, you may be required to wait.
Due to the current restrictions the Funeral Mass and burial at Gate of Heaven is reserved for the immediate family.
