Obituary of Tom Rose
Passed peacefully away in the loving arms of his wife and daughter at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, Tom Rose of Harbour Grace, age 63 years. Predeceased by parents: John ‘Jack’ and Edith; brother: Jerry. Leaving to mourn, wife: Bridget; one daughter: Shannon (David) Humber, Harbour Grace; two precious grandchildren, his pride and joy: Dawson Riggs and Abigail Grace ‘bird beak’; four-legged little buddy: Pip; siblings: Jack (Christine), Dave ‘Blackie’ (Bernice), Margaret (John) Merrigan, Brenda Miller (Herman), William ‘Guff’ (Donna), Philip, and Joe (Philomena) Hunt, all of Harbour Grace; special friends: Jim Cummings, Charl Crocker, Danny Neil, and Wayne Rose; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Following government legislation due to the pandemic, a private visitation and funeral service will take place at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
