Obituary
With profound sadness we announce the loss of Tina Marie Heald, our loving and devoted Mom, Nana, and friend to all whose lives she touched. Tina unexpectedly passed away on May 2nd, 2020, in her home, at the age of 56 years. Tina was predeceased by her mother, Sharon, and grandparents, Cyril and Marie. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Megan); daughter, Amanda (Shaughn); granddaughters, Avery and Lily; father, Larry (Ann); brother, Gary (Lisa); aunt, Linda (Ron); special long time friend, Steve; as well as many other cousins and friends.
Our Mom was a dedicated Mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment she spent with us. She especially loved her role as a Nana and would talk anyone’s ear off about her precious granddaughters.
She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh with her sense of humour that kept you on your toes. Her laugh truly was contagious.
Our Mom made friends everywhere that she went and would be remembered by people she only met for a brief time. She had the type of personality that people gravitated towards. To know her really was to love her.
She had a love for helping others anyway that she could. She was kind, caring, and compassionate in every sense of the word. She will be missed beyond measure.
A private viewing was held on May 5th for family. A memorial service will be held for friends and family on Saturday, May 9th at 2pm at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 17th Avenue SE, Calgary). Due to current social distancing restrictions, the attendance will have to be in a rotational fashion to abide by government regulation.
