Theresa Frances Hennessy, wife of the late Leonard Hennessy of Howard Road, passed away at her late residence on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the age of 84.
Born in Blissfield, NB she was the daughter of the late Lochiel and Margaret (Colford) McDonald.She was a retired Teacher at St. Jude’s Greenfield Park, Quebec and a member of St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church, Blackville.
She is survived by her daughter Brenda Hennessy (Barry Bristow) of Bowmanville, Ontario; her sons, James (Marie Claire) of Ottawa, Ontario, Bernard (Shirley) of Oakville Ontario and Paul (Carol) of Zurich Ontario; her sisters, Joan Connors (Late Calvin) of Miramichi and Lottie Ann Storey (Late Bruce) of Doaktown; her brothers, Lawrence (Marion) of Blissfield and Gerald (Louise) of Upper Blackville, 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Mary Lyons, Philomena Jardine and brothers Aloysius, Bernard and Tom.
Theresa Frances Hennessy is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy with visitation on Thursday after 4 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 am at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Dan Bastarache officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
