Terence Alexander (Terry Sandy) Roth
Peacefully on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 surrounded by his loving family, close friends and his incredible partner Nancy Chervin. He was the beloved son of Judith (Yehudith) Roth-Pascal, Victor Roth and stepson of Morris Pascal all of blessed memory. Loving brother of Daniel (Danny) Roth of blessed memory. Brother-in-law of Susanne Dutt-Roth (Doug Woywitka) and cherished uncle of Dagan Roth of blessed memory and Yanina Woywitka. Dedicated nephew of Mildred Falk, the late Gabriel Falk, and the late Marilyn Falk (nee Sidney). Terry Sandy will be missed by all of his cousins, Larry Falk, Robert and Ellen Falk, Diana Falk and Don Kawaguchi, Shawna Sidney and Ed Sokolowski with whom he was so close, as well as Nancy’s children, and his loyal and dedicated circle of friends and work colleagues who were like family. Terry Roth was the epitome of an outstanding volunteer. He loved to serve his community and to help those in need without wanting anything in return. He was a member of the B’nai Brith Quebec Council and an enthusiastic Community Volunteer Services member who helped initiate several programs, including the Music Brunch for Seniors and the Holocaust Twinning Project. He was faithful to all B’nai Brith causes and was the first to volunteer his time. The B’nai Brith Quebec Council and all its volunteer members will miss him deeply. His partner Nancy and his family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Jewish General Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion over the last two years. A strictly private service took place. A future memorial service will be planned at a later date. Contributions in his memory may be made to the B’nai Brith.
