Sylvia Erickson
1942 – 2020
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, sister and friend, Sylvia Erickson. Sylvia peacefully passed away at St. Michael’s Health Centre in Lethbridge on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 5:45 p.m. at the age of 78 years. She leaves behind what she considered her most precious gifts: her loving husband, Pat Erickson; her devoted and loved sons, Ray Erickson, Rod Erickson and Darcy Erickson and of course her loving daughter, Christine Erickson (aka Chrissy Pat); her beautiful grandchildren who she was so proud of include: Sean Erickson, Avery Erickson, Devin Erickson, Nicole Erickson and Colby Erickson; her sisters, Sheila (Bill) Smith, Elsie Spark, Sharon (Randy) Stolz and Fern (Ray) Day as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is with the stars, the universe, with the ones who left before her and with God. At this time, Sylvia will be silently remembered by family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in Sylvia’s name may be made directly to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada, 3100 – 246 Stewart Green S.W., Calgary, Alberta, T3H 3C8.
