Susan Lois Reid
1952-2020
Susan Lois Reid of
Riverview passed away at home with her family on Saturday, December 5,
2020. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and
Marion (Graham) Brown.
She loved her family
and enjoyed being able to have gatherings with her family and friends,
she especially enjoyed being able to cheer for her grandchildren
playing hockey, soccer, football and cheerleading. She was also an
avid hockey fan, she also enjoyed playing cards and
darts.
Susan will be
remembered and missed by her husband of 48 years Robert Reid, daughter
Christa (Derek Carruthers) Reid, sons: Mark Reid, Shane (Marie
Richard) Reid, sister Trudy (Wayne) Roth, grandchildren: Jaylene,
Brandon, Meika, Alia, Hayden and her several nieces and
nephews.
She will also be
remembered and missed by her best friend for 50 years Carol Ritchie
and her daughters Stacy, Kelly and Tanya.
Aside from her
parents, Susan was predeceased by her infant daughter Sarah, brothers:
Daryl Brown, Dwyght Brown and her sister Nancy
Delehanty.
In keeping with
Susan’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or
visitation. A private family visitation will be held for
Susan’s family and interment will take place at a later date
in the Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine
Road, Riverview (869-2007). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made
to a charity of the donor’s choice.
