Peacefully at the Mayfield Retirement Home in Prescott, on Tuesday November 24th, 2020. Shirley Johnston ( nee Wilkinson ) at the age of 85 years, beloved wife of the late Grant Johnston. Cherished mother of Gayle Jeffrey ( Robert ) of Madoc, Kevin Johnston ( Karen Manuel ) of Oshawa, Randy Johnston ( Julie ) of Lyn and Lyndon Johnston ( Penny ) of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Aimee Jeffrey ( Luiz ), Ryan Jeffrey ( Jaclyn ), Elisa Johnston, Kyle Johnston ( Katherine ) and Ethan Johnston. Special great-grandmother to Quinton, Henry and Arthur. Dear sister of Olive Cox ( Meryl ) of Richmond Hill. Also survived by 3 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law, Gertrude Morrison, Doris Johnston, Doris Johnston and Garfield Johnston ( Belva ). Predeceased by siblings, William Bell and Thora Coleman ( Reginald ).
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Friday November 27th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday November 28th, at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Maple Vale Cemetery, Smiths Falls.
