It is with great sadness that her family announces and mourns the passing of Bethel Douglas (née Holmes) on Saturday April 4, 2020 at the age of 80. Bethel will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, David; her brother, Garry Holmes (Joyce) of Font Hill; her children Stephanie Bronkhorst (Terry) of Lynn and Philip Douglas (Penny) of Williamsburg; her only granddaughter Christie; her brothers-in-law Gordon Douglas and Osbourne Stewart; her nieces and nephews Andrew (Rebecca), Alana (Lennie), Charles (Mary-Ellen), Lisa and Richard (Michelle). Bethel was predeceased by her parents James and Beulah Holmes, sisters-in-law Ruth Douglas and Alma Stewart and niece Mary Douglas. Bethel will be dearly missed by many friends.
