Obituary
Robert « Bob » Taylor, an avid hunter, outdoorsman and fisherman of Cloyne, passed away peacefully at the Pine Meadow Nursing Home on Monday, November 18, 2019. Dear friend of Shirley Brooks and father-figure to Lorraine (Tim) MacDonald and Jim (Shawna) Brooks. Bob will be sadly missed by Shirley’s grandchildren and family. Fondly remembered by his sister Shirley Grills (the late Earl). Pre-deceased by his brother Bill Taylor and Bob’s long time friend Eva Whitmore.
Cremation has taken place with the Milestone Funeral Center, Northbrook. A graveside interment service will take place at the Dempsey Cemetery, Cloyne on Friday, November 29, 2019 at 2pm with the Rev. Rob Heyman officiating. Friends desiring may contribute in his memory to the Pine Meadow Nursing Home or the Quinte Humane Society.
