Rebecca Lirette
1926 ~ 2020
Moncton, N.-B, ~ Rebecca Lirette, 94, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre.
Born in Bouctouche, NB, she was the daughter of the late Lévis Belliveau and the late Ida Belliveau (born LeBlanc).
Rebecca will be sadly missed by two daughters, Rose-Mai Gordon (Paul W.) and Murielle Weldon (Wayne); two sons, Paul Lirette (Ann) and Léo Lirette; one sister, Marie-Paul Hébert; one grandson, Wayne; three granddaughters, Shelley, Melissa and Jennifer; one great granddaughter, Tanya Rebecca; three great grandsons, Eric, Noah and Jace; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Rebecca was predeceased by her husband, Albert Lirette; her two infant daughters, Andréa and Maria; three brothers, Amédée, Zoël and Félix; eight sisters, Dora, Anna, Délia, Emérise, Edna, Edmée Stella and Noëlla.
Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no visitations and no Funeral service. A private burial service will be held in spring 2021.
A donation to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre’s Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
