Boyer, Pauline Rita (nee Guilbeault)
It’s with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of everyone’s favourite angelic penguin on Monday November 30th 2020. Pauline (Guilbault) was the beloved wife of the late Valmore Boyer, she was 79 years old. Predeceased by her parents Lilliane and Calixte Rioux. She will be missed by her children Belinda Bangs (Doug), Marc Montreuil (Marco Costa) and Tammy Champagne (Chris). She will also be missed by her step- daughter Shirley Norman (Len) and grandchildren Kelly, Rachel, Dereck, James, Marc, Justin, Kayla, Kaitlin, and great grandchildren. Pauline was a kind soul who volunteered her time at numerous places around Mattawa, such as The Clothes Closet, St. Victors school (breakfast program) and the nursing home. She leaves behind many friends, family and the penguin society members.
Memorial services will be held at some point in the future where we can float her off to sea on an iceberg. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
