Nellie (Chomic) Warwa

The family of Nellie Warwa of Edmonton are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Nellie on October 16, 2020 at the age of 84 years.
Nellie is survived by her loving husband Alan; daughter Laurie Bell; grandchildren Chandra, Jordan (Teiah), Nicole (Jon); great-grandchildren Jaiden, Mikayla, Avyn; sisters-in-law Carol, Sylvia, Lillian, Susan and Donna; brother-in-law Albert as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was also survived by her godchild Cheryl Brown of Okotoks.
She was predeceased by her parents Mike and Mary Chomic; brother Alvin; son-in-law Michael Bell; parents-in-law John and Josie Warwa; seven brothers-in-law, Mel, Lloyd, Victor, Ralph, Dick, Billy and Steve; one sister-in-law Lena and two nieces Janet and Lori.
Special thanks to the Drs. and nurses at the Leduc Hospital for their care and compassion during Nellie’s illness.
Due to Covid a private funeral will be held at the Tofield Funeral Chapel with Pastor Kevin Langager officiating. Interment to follow at the Tofield Cemetery.
