LEE, Christine “Nadine” – It is with deep sorrow that the family of Christine Nadine Lee announces her sudden passing on November 1, 2020 in Woodstock, Ontario.
Nadine was born February 19, 1968 in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia and leaves behind her cherished sons, Shane-Michael, Mathew and Jonathan, parents, Clarence and Peggy Lee, siblings Laurie, Tony (Sherry), Peggy (William), Chrissy (Victor), David (Adele). Aunt Dini to her beloved nieces and nephews, Kendall, Rylee, Miranda, Jake, Wesley, Christian, Keegan, Ethan, Cheyenne and God-daughter Emma for whom Nadine was so excited for.
Nadine loved life. Her kindness and generosity were only matched by her fierce love of family and even in the darkest of times her wicked humor. You always felt welcome in Nadine’s home and in our early years many a night was spent laughing till morning and then over breakfast. There are not enough pages to share the good times, laughs and your damn fine New Year’s Day dinners. If you knew Nadine and were a family or friend you knew she was there for you 100% and always had your back. You took a piece of us with you as the void is almost unbearable but your light will continue to shine within us all and we will treasure our memories until we are reunited. We love you Dini. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the out pouring of love for friends and the compassionate care with arrangements.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock (519-537-3611). Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will observed when COVID19 restrictions have been lifted.
If desired memorial donations may be made in Nadine’s name to Cancer Research or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Personal condolences may be sent at www.smithleroy.com
