Mme Aileen Hayward
1930-2020
Aileen Hayward-Charlebois (1930-2020) died peacefully and with much dignity at the Grace Dart Extended Care residence in Montreal, on May 4th, 2020. Widow of Jacques Charlebois, she will be sadly missed by her three children Susan (Tony Nemes), Michael and Patricia (Fabrice Lucherini). Loving sister to Jim (Doreen), pre-deceased by brother William (Lydia), Ken (Danielle) and David (Pat). A proud and caring grand-mother, Nannie Aileen will be fondly remembered by her grand-children Jennifer, Adam, Sandy, Daniel, Bobby, Dennin and Kyle. Great-grandmother to four boys, Syrus, Lucius, Lincoln and Noah, she will also be missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Memorial to take place at a future date. The family would like to extend sincere thanks to Dr. Michele Proulx, St. Mary’s Hospital and the Grace Dart residence. In our mother’s memory, donations can be made to her favorite charities which she generously supported, the Welcome Hall Mission or the Red Cross, or to a charity of personal choice. The family acknowledges heartfelt thanks to all who have reached out, for your kind expressions of sympathy and support. Mike and Pat also wish to acknowledge the loving, patient and abiding care which Susan and Tony provided to Mom during her elderly years, a true blessing to her and to the family. We will miss our Mom and Nannie – may she rest in eternal peace.
