Obituary
It is with heavy hearts the family of Michelle Naomi Harewood, loving wife of Christopher Ferguson announces her passing which occurred on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Bridgetown, Barbados on April 16, 1966 she is the daughter of Carlson Harewood and the late Maria Elsia (Wickham) Harewood.
Michelle was a most generous and talented goddess whose creativity was limitless. An amazing designer, painter, seamstress, crochetier, knitter, macromer, hatter, sketcher, dancer, singer and herbalist. Her work brought and will continue to bring bright smiles and immense joy to all those whose lives she has touched. She will be dearly missed.
In addition to her husband Chris of 11 years, her father Carlson of Montreal, she is survived by her cherished daughter Mika Harewood-Thompson of Montreal; aunts Myrna, Darlene and Shirley; mother-in-law Edith Ferguson; the Ferguson clan; and her feline companion Lactose.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Remembrances in memory of Michelle may be made to the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation ICU or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
