Michael Joseph Gee
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of
Michael Joseph Gee on October 13, 2020 at Kitimat General Hospital.
Michael grew up and had many friends in Kentville. He was a graduate
of Central Kings High School. Michael spent many years in the radio
broadcasting industry in both NS and BC. At passing, he was employed
as a supervisor at Canada Post in Kitimat for 17 years. His friends
will recollect his love and knowledge of all kinds of music and his
love to dance to all the tunes. Michael was predeceased by his
parents, Leonard and Evelyn (Carr) Gee of Kentville, as well as a
sister, Deanna and brother, David. He is survived by his wife, Linda
(Barnaby), son Adrian, as well as brothers, John (Joan), Peter
(Sharon), Ron (Theresa) and Derek (Angela). Donations in Michael’s
memory may be made to the SPCA of your choice. Cremation has taken
place. A private gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate
Michael’s life.
