In Loving Memory of Mary (Soganich) Thomson. Peacefully, Sunday, November 15th, 2020 at Maison McCulloch Hospice, with loving family at her side. Beloved wife of Howard Thomson predeceased 2004. Cherished daughter of Andrew “Big Andy” and Anna (Valko) Soganich both predeceased. Loving sister of Helen (husband Dr. Reg Kusnierczyk). Loving aunt of John (wife Mary Ann), Karen (husband Mark Bennett), Tony (wife Jennifer Whissell), Nancy (husband Carmen Tripodi), and great aunt to Max, Caitlyn, Andrew, Tyler, Jonah, Meredith, Jill, Mary, Jonathan, and Angela. Sadly missed by Lesley, Margaret, James, David, Peter, and Christopher Flowers, and their families.
Mary was a devout Roman Catholic who belonged to St. Patrick’s Parish, and was a life member of the parish CWL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison MCulloch Hospice or St. Patrick’s Church would be appreciated.
Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, 39 Walford Road, Sudbury, Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 at 11am. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic directives, 50 people or fewer may attend the Mass, and face masks are mandatory. Interment in the family plot at Civic Cemetery. (Friends may gather at the church after 10:45am Wednesday). Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home. For donations and messages of condolence, www.lougheed.org.
