Obituary of Mark Milne
Mark Edward Milne, 64 of Whitby, passed away Peacefully Surrounded by his family on Friday October 30th 2020, at Lakeridge Health Ajax. Husband of Debra, father of Jennifer (Andrew), and Tanya (Mathew). Grandad of Kadence, Jasmine, and Hunter. Brother of Debra, Lori, and Kevin. Mark will be missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and those that had the pleasure of knowing him.
Mark enjoyed 36 years at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and will be remembered for bringing Hockey Night in Canada, along with the Olympics, CFL, and world events into our living rooms. He was an avid boater and fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Per Marks wishes, a private cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
