Obituary
On September 22, 2020 Marie Eleanor Wombold of Calgary, formerly of Olds, passed away at the Newport Harbour Care Centre at the age of 89 years.
Marie will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Judy Fortney (Peter), Debbie Freeman (Grant), and Janelle Beaulieu (Gerry); her grandchildren Chris Freeman (Leslie), Kellie Freeman (Brock), Cori Freeman, Logan Beaulieu, and Taylor Beaulieu; great-grandchildren Jaxson, Lincoln, and Rose Freeman; her sisters Bernice Fox (Ken) and Shirley Kenzel (Ralph); sisters-in-law Alice Wombold and Alysse Fraser; brothers-in-law Ron Wombold (Lorraine) and Sid Wombold (Ann); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Marie was predeceased by her husband Loren; her parents Carl and Florence Anderson; her sister and brother-in-law Barb and Len Blaine; two infant sisters; and brothers-in-law Clarence Wombold and George Fraser.
Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to any charity of your choice.
Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, a private family service to celebrate Marie’s life will be held. She will be laid to rest with her husband Loren at the Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery in Calgary.
