Margaret Mary Cadigan
December 27, 1931 – July 26, 2020
Passed peacefully away on July 26, 2020 surrounded by her loving family, Margaret Mary Cadigan (Hickey) of Logy Bay, NL age 88 years.
Predeceased by her husband Joseph Cadigan, son Brian Cadigan, parents Catherine and David Hickey, sisters Bridget Kean, Sister Anne Hickey of Presentation Convent, and Mary Hickey, brothers, Martin Hickey, Jack Hickey, Bill Hickey, and Patrick Hickey as well as a number of brothers and sisters in law, and nieces and nephews.
Lovingly remembered by her children Brendan (Barbara), Barry (Joan) and Maureen (Bruce), and grandchildren Sarah, Joseph, and David. Also leaving to mourn are her sisters, Catherine Lynch, Josephine (Ray) McCorquodale, Teresa Janssens, Magdalene Watts, and brothers David (Josephine) Hickey, Mike (Lynn) Hickey, and sisters in-law Joan Cadigan, Genieve Cadigan, and Alicia Cadigan, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends including her very special friend Teresa O’Toole of Pleasantville Towers.
A special thank you is extended to all the staff of 4 South East, and 4 North East, of Pleasantview Towers for all your care and support.
Cremation has taken place. Due to the current public health advisory funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date. Donations may be made to the Autism Society NL, the Vera Perlin Society, or a charity of your choice in her honor.
